Privacy policy

This Policy sets out the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of Users of the Tanlo service (tanlo.uz), whose operator is SOWA AGENCY Limited Liability Company (SOWA AGENCY LLC; company details are given in Section 8). By using the service, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy.

1. What data we collect

• On registration: company name, TIN (INN) (if provided), email, contact person’s name and password. The password is stored as an irreversible cryptographic hash (scrypt); it is never stored or transmitted in plain text.
• Telegram chat ID — only if the User has personally connected Telegram notifications via the button in their personal account.
• Service usage data: saved search filters, tracked tenders and interest profile (categories and regions) — required for the operation of the very service features that use them.

2. Purposes of data processing

• Providing access to the service’s features (search, tender tracking, saved searches).
• Sending notifications about relevant tenders and approaching deadlines — via Telegram and/or email, depending on what the User has connected.
• Communicating with the User on matters relating to the operation of the service and payment for plans.

3. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not sell personal data or transfer it to third parties for marketing purposes. To enable certain features, data is transferred exclusively to the technical providers that deliver those features:

• Telegram — when sending notifications via the Telegram bot (if the User has connected Telegram).
• Email delivery provider — when sending notifications by email.
• AI model providers — Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI — for AI features: analysis of tender documentation, preparation of documents, cost estimates and price searches. The data transferred for processing is the text of the tender documentation (technical specification, procurement terms) and — solely for document preparation — the company details that the User has entered in their account themselves. The User’s correspondence and account credentials are not transferred.

Data may be transferred to government authorities only in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Data storage and protection

• The connection to the website is protected by encryption (HTTPS).
• Passwords are stored only as an irreversible hash.
• Access to the database is restricted and is not granted to third parties.

5. Rights of the User

The User is entitled at any time to request from the Contractor information about the personal data held, or its correction or deletion, by writing to info@tanlo.uz. When an account is deleted, all data associated with it is deleted, except where its retention is required by law.

6. Cookies

The Service uses a technically necessary cookie to authenticate the User in their personal account. Without it, logging in to the personal account is not possible.

In addition, the Service uses cookies for analytics: information about which website or advertisement the User came to the Service from (the referring page address, the first page opened, advertising campaign tags) is stored for up to 90 days and saved to the user account upon registration; the Service also uses the web analytics services Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), which collect anonymised data about visits. The User may disable cookies in their browser settings — this does not affect the operation of tender search.

7. Changes to the Policy

The current version of this Policy is always available at tanlo.uz/privacy; the date of the latest revision is stated at the beginning of the document. Users will be notified of material changes on the website.
