d xarid and xarid.uz are down: where suppliers should go in 2026

You type "d xarid", "харид.уз" or "e-xarid" and land either on a blank page or on a private company's real-estate services site? On 1 November 2026 we checked 15 addresses that suppliers commonly mix up. Only platforms belonging to three systems actually run public procurement: the UZEX exchange (Uzbek Republican Commodity Exchange), Hayot Birja, and the e-tender system of the Ministry of Construction. The rest are closed, technical, or have nothing to do with procurement.

In short — where to go:
  • Goods and services for government customers — xarid.uzex.uz (new version: new-xarid.uzex.uz) and xt-xarid.uz.
  • Construction and design of state-funded projects — shaffofxarid.uz (also known as tender.mc.uz).
  • Learn about a purchase in advance — plan-schedules (annual procurement plans) on xarid.icppa.uz.

A wrong address costs time, and sometimes a missed submission deadline: old guides point to sites that no longer exist, and similar-sounding names lead to private services. Below is the full list with statuses, Tanlo data on where tenders are actually published, and how to log in to your account.

Statuses are based on our check of 1 November 2026 from our servers in Germany. The Ministry of Construction sites and xarid.icppa.uz do not respond from there, so we describe their purpose based on official documents and Tanlo's own data.

Why the "dead" addresses are still around

UZEX used to run separate systems: dxarid for budget customers (state-funded organisations) and exarid for corporate customers (state-owned companies). In May 2021 the exchange launched the unified portal xarid.uzex.uz, and the old systems were gradually switched off: the last archived snapshot of dxarid.uzex.uz dates from July 2023.

Until mid-2023, xarid.uz was the special information portal for public procurement: the authorised body was the Ministry of Finance and the operator was UZEX. Its last archived snapshot is from June 2023. The domain is still registered but does not open. By the way, "харид.уз" is simply how people type the address in Cyrillic — there is no Cyrillic ".уз" domain zone, so it only works as a search query.

The old addresses still show up in guides — even in the FAQ section on the exchange's own website, which cites a 2018 regulation and sends users to "dxarid.uzex.uz / shop.uzex.uz". If a guide starts with these addresses, it is out of date.

Where tenders are actually published: Tanlo data

According to Tanlo, 5,310 lots were published on UZEX and Hayot Birja between 2 October and 1 November 2026. This count excludes the e-shop and the national store (a separate catalogue of goods from domestic producers), the Ministry of Construction system and the portals of state-owned companies.

The takeaway: if you only watch UZEX, you miss more than a quarter of these lots. For details on each platform, see our guide to xarid.uzex.uz and our review of xt-xarid.uz.

If you are a small supplier selling standard goods — printer cartridges, furniture, office supplies — start with the e-shop: there, the customer picks from ready-made offers without a tender. Here is how it works: the public procurement e-shop explained.

Hayot Birja is the former XT-Xarid

If you remember xt-xarid.uz under its old name, it is the same platform. Until June 2024 the company was called XT-Xarid Texnologiyalari; in February 2025 it obtained a commodity exchange licence, and since March 2025 it has operated under the Hayot Birja brand. The address has not changed.

Ministry of Construction — shaffofxarid.uz and tender.mc.uz

Customers procure construction, reconstruction, major repairs and design of state-funded projects through the "Electronic Tender System" of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services. It has its own bidding rules — Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 46 of 31 January 2022. shaffofxarid.uz is the new website of the same system: when we cross-checked on 21 October 2026, lot numbers on the two sites matched.

xarid.icppa.uz: no bidding here, but worth a look

This is where you can see in advance what customers plan to buy. According to a notice on xarid.uzex.uz, since 3 September 2026 the special portal has published budget customers' plan-schedules for direct contracts, and since 10 September — for purchases via the e-shop, the national store and the eco-platform (ekoplatforma.uz). It also hosts an average price reference, the "Price Module".

Where the confusion comes from: the page title of xarid.uzex.uz still reads "Special Information Portal for Public Procurement". By law, the special portal is run by the authorised body — since February 2026 that is the Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement. Under the decree establishing the Agency, the portal's technical operator is that same UZEX exchange. That is why the exchange now refers users to xarid.icppa.uz for plan-schedules and prices.

Three sources of confusion

1. e-xarid.uz is not a UZEX platform

According to its site footer, e-xarid.uz is run by a private company, «KIM OSHDI SAVDO SERVIS» LLC. It offers services related to public procurement, valuation, cadastre and real estate. It is a commercial service, not a government platform: the company does not appear in any of the documents we know of that list operators of the electronic public procurement system. That said, we could not find an official public list of operators. Using intermediaries is legal. Just remember: the bid is still submitted on the operator's platform — in your company's name and with your EDS (electronic digital signature) key.

A namesake adds to the confusion: UZEX ran its own E-xarid system for corporate customers at exarid.uzex.uz — without a hyphen. Judging by the site, no new bidding takes place there.

2. e-auksion.uz sells rather than buys

This is the platform of JSC "Organisation of Electronic Online Auctions", whose sole shareholder is the State Assets Management Agency. It is used to sell and lease state property: buildings, land and more. There are no procurement lots here that a supplier could bid on.

3. "d xarid" was a customer account, not a supplier account

dxarid was the account area for budget customers. If you are an accountant or procurement officer at a state-funded organisation and used to log in there, your account is now on xarid.uzex.uz or new-xarid.uzex.uz, with login via your organisation's EDS.

How to log in to a supplier account

  1. Get an EDS for your company or sole proprietorship and install E-IMZO (Uzbekistan's e-signature system) on your computer. Cost and where to get one: see our article on EDS for tenders.
  2. UZEX: log in to xarid.uzex.uz with your EDS key. On the new version, new-xarid.uzex.uz, login goes through id.uzex.uz.
  3. Hayot Birja: xt-xarid.uz has its own registration — create a user and accept the platform's offer agreement. Your UZEX account does not work there.
  4. Before your first bid, top up your personal account on the relevant platform: when you submit, the platform blocks the bid deposit (a security amount guaranteeing your bid) and the operator fee (the platform's commission) on it. How much to keep there: see our article on the bid deposit.

FAQ

What is d xarid?

It is how people search for dxarid.uzex.uz, the old UZEX exchange system for budget customers (state-funded organisations). The address is closed: since May 2021 procurement has run on the unified portal xarid.uzex.uz. The address d.xarid.uzex.uz (with a dot) does not exist.

Does xarid.uz work?

No. As of 1 November 2026 the domain does not open. Until mid-2023 it hosted the special public procurement portal. Bidding now takes place on xarid.uzex.uz and xt-xarid.uz; plan-schedules (annual procurement plans) are on xarid.icppa.uz.

Is e-xarid.uz a public procurement site?

It is the website of a private company, «KIM OSHDI SAVDO SERVIS» LLC, offering services in public procurement, valuation, cadastre and real estate. It is not a UZEX exchange platform: bids are still submitted on the operator's platform.

How do I log in to xarid.uzex.uz?

With your EDS (electronic digital signature) key via E-IMZO, Uzbekistan's e-signature system. On the new version, new-xarid.uzex.uz, login goes through id.uzex.uz. xt-xarid.uz requires a separate registration.

Where else, besides UZEX, does public procurement take place?

On xt-xarid.uz (Hayot Birja): according to Tanlo, 1,512 lots were published there between 2 October and 1 November 2026. Construction and design of state-funded projects go through the Ministry of Construction system (shaffofxarid.uz, tender.mc.uz). There is also the industrial cooperation portal and the procurement portals of state-owned companies.
